A-One Feeds voted NPA AIG Member of the Year

A-One Feeds Supplements has been voted the NPA AIG Member of the Year, picking up the award at the National Pig Awards on Monday night.

A-One AIGPart of the Devenish Group, A-One Feeds came out top from a shortlist of five AIG members provided by the NPA in a poll on the Pig World website. The company provides products and services to the livestock industry, specialising in feeding the young animal, with an enviable reputation for quality and service. 

The award was presented by NPA chairman Richard Lister at a ceremony in London on Monday night, attended by nearly 400 people. Mr Lister congratulated all the shortlisted companies and thanked the NPA's AIG members for the support and service they give to the  industry.

The other shortlisted candidates were Farmex, George Vet Group, Thames Valley Cambac (TVC) and Zarkos-Smith Associates. 

A total of 15 National Pig Awards were handed out by host, the BBC's Charlotte Smith at London's Lancaster hotel, with the title of Pig Producer of the Year going to Richard Mellor, who runs a 950-sow outdoor unit at King's Lynn in Norfolk.
