AHDB workshops to focus on business resilience

22nd Feb 2019 / By Alistair Driver

A series of AHDB workshops starting next week in Newport will aim to help pig businesses improve their resilience in the face of the uncertainties currently facing the sector.

The interactive workshops will look at how threats and opportunities can be tackled with careful planning, and explore ways to improve business resilience, AHDB said.

The practical session is designed for business owners and decision makers. "You will go home having identified areas that you want to work on and armed with some tools to help," the levy body said.

The meetings, which are free to attend and for pig producers only, will start at 6pm, with tea and coffee served from 5.30pm, and will close at 8.30pm with food.
