COVID-19 - message from the NPA team

Like every business across the country and many of you, NPA staff are affected by the current COVID-19 situation. So please bear with us! 

The team continues to work to ensure members are represented and NPA staff are all now working from home. Some of the team, like many members, are also managing childcare provisions and therefore have reduced their hours.

We ask that in the first instance, for non-urgent enquiries, you email us  and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All the key information and updates are  on the NPA website in the members area, therefore if members don’t have a login or can’t remember their details then please email Andrea () so she can arrange access.

We have not yet made provision for diverting the mail, but are investigating whether this will be possible. Therefore, due to staff working from home, we ask that members don’t post cheques to us for payment for their subscription, at this time as we are unable to process them.

Members wishing to pay their subscription that aren’t collected by direct debit are asked to either pay by bank transfer to the NPA account or by calling NFU’s Call First who will be able to continue to take payment over the phone on 0370 845 8458. Please ensure that you quote your membership number as your reference.

We will ensure members are kept up to date via the NPA website and Piggy Points.

We hope that members are able to stay safe at this time.
