FSA publishes guidance on new identification marks

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has published guidance to help manage the changeover to the new identification mark that must be applied to products of animal origin after the end of the EU Transition Period on January 1, 2021.

This guidance for UK approved establishments and other food businesses operators includes information about applying the new mark before the end of the Transition Period.
