ForFarmers candidate brings continental perspective to antibiotics challenge

ForFarmers pig feed sales director Craig Saunders has stepped forward as a candidate in NPA’s Allied Industry Group election.
This means the allied trades have inched ahead of producers in the race to field most candidates in the New Year poll.
As part of the ForFarmers management team, Craig has an insight into both British and continental pig production, ‘not only on nutrition but other aspects of pig production’.
‘One of the most pressing challenges today is the reduction of antibiotics and I would like to leverage and apply their experience in this area to help NPA and British producers in this important area,’ he says in his election address.
‘I am truly passionate about our pig industry, and seek election to support the excellent work of NPA and producers and to contribute to the continued success of this dynamic industry, to help ensure it remains sustainable.’
