Forum latest - 'Give the NPA elections a go' and Lucy Neville-Rolfe
23rd Oct 2020 / By Alistair Driver
In the latest post on the forum, a prominent member of the NPA Pig Industry Group urges members to step up and help shape the industry.
"To function at its best, Zoe and the team need a strong guide from the Pig Industry Group. I would urge any producer big/small/indoor/oudoor to put their name forward and have an opinion," the poster writes.
"You will help shape and secure the future of our industry and meet lots of interesting people along the way - give it a go!"
Also recently added to the forum is the first response we have had to news that Red Tractor Assurance's chair Baroness Lucy-Neville Rolfe voted against amendment to the Agriculture Bill intended to protect UK producers from imports produced to standards not allowed in the UK.
