Members' Area: What we know about the Government's pig industry support package

The reaction from across the industry to the Government’s industry support package has generally been positive. 

We are still very much in the middle of this, the situation on farms is very serious and there needs to be a real collective urgency in making this work. But there is a feeling that, if implemented promptly and effectively, the various measures will help reduce the pig backlog.
