NPA Election 2021: The first South West nomination!

5th Jan 2021 / By Alistair Driver

The first producer nomination from the South West is in, as the number of candidates grows ahead of the nomination deadline.

Sophie Hope, who currently sits on the Pig Industry Group (PIG), runs a mixed farming business in Gloucestershire .

"In the past I have had experience with both large integrators and small independent farms, outdoor and indoor, and supply chains from processor to retailer. I believe these experiences give me a well-rounded view of producers' needs, which is what the industry needs to deliver a strong and cohesive voice when fighting our cause," she says in her manifesto.
