Hot industry topics to be discussed at first NPA Spring Regional meeting this week

The hottest topics affecting the pig sector will be discussed at the first of two NPA Spring Regional meetings on Thursday.  

The NPA's two virtual Spring Regional meetings will take place on April 15 and 20. The online meetings will take place at 7pm and, as last year, the meetings will have similar agendas and will be open to all members, regardless of region.

There is so much going on at the moment, these meetings really are not to be missed. Topics to be discussed include: 

  • The current situation in the pig market
  • The future of farrowing crates 
  • The latest on Brexit 
  • The NPA's responses to various important consultations, including on Red Tractor standards and Welfare in Transport rules.

As well as presentations from NPA staff, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions.
