New management structure at FA Gill

Wolverhampton-based pork producers, FA Gill Ltd have announce the implementation of a new management structure.

There will be a new management executive consisting of the two existing directors and three new heads of department. Taking up the mantle of head of production and logistics will be Wayne Bateman who has been with the company for the past 27 years.

Also promoted in the new regime will be Gordon Power, who joined the company six years ago and has led the day-to-day operation of the finance team.

Joining Gill’s after a 12 year period of consultancy in the broader FMCG world, new head of sales and marketing Graham Stonadge has extensive experience of account management at all levels and leadership of sales teams at many stage of development. 

Managing director Alan Paget said: “The new executive team has been put in place to help ensure the future stability and growth of the F A Gill Ltd business and working with the current Directors will develop the strategic direction that will enable F A Gill Ltd to build on its long and successful traditions within the British Meat industry. Wayne, Gordon and Graham have already begun the process of establishing their teams and I am looking forward optimistically to the coming months and years.”
