2020 - the year of the 1,000th Nuffield Scholar

One of 2020's lesser-known landmarks is that it will mark the 1,000 Nuffield Scholar. 

These include the NPA's very own Zoe Davies, who features in a video that was shown at the 2019 conference to mark the occasion. It gives a snapshot of what has been achieved by the scholars, in all sectors of agriculture and the rural industries over the past 70 years.

"That's 1000 big ideas, 1000 reports carefully composed, 1000 lives changed forever and an entire industry influenced," the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust said.
