NPA Chief Policy Adviser, Becca Veale, joined host, Stefan Gates, BMPA CEO Nick Allen and Red Tractor Pigs Chair Stewart Houston to discuss this very important topic. They covered the core information about the disease, how it has moved into Europe, transmission and what is needed to keep ASF out of the UK.
“With over 120,000 listeners in over 65 countries, it was a great opportunity to discuss the disease which poses so much threat to our pig sector, we are able to convey to a wide audience how important it is to keep ASF out of this country,” Rebecca said.
