Ceva picks up NPA Allied Industry Member award as 15 National Pig Awards are handed out

Ceva Animal Health has won the NPA Allied Industry Member of the Year Award, in the only category to be decided by a public vote at the National Pig Awards. 

The Ceva team collected their award from NPA chairman Rob Mutimer at the ceremony in London on Monday night. 

Ceva has six members on its UK pig team, supporting technical service offered to pig vets and producers. Its products include Forceris and it has launched the Ceva Lung Program as a valuable support service available to producers. 

Ceva was part of a shortlist of five allied industry members announced by NPA after consultation with members. The other finalists were: 

• A-One Feed Supplements
• Eco Animal Health
• Quality Equipment
• Thames Valley Cambac.

In total, 15 National Pig Awards were handed out on the night, with the top prize, the Overall Pig Producer of the Year, was won by NPA members, Bridge House Farm, a Northamptonshire nucleus breeding unit that has pioneered the use of data and technology in the pig sector.
